By downloading, installing, or using SubWipe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
SubWipe is a mobile application that allows users to manually track recurring subscriptions and free trials, view cancellation guides for popular services, receive local notification reminders for upcoming charges and trial expirations, and track savings from cancelled subscriptions.
The App is provided free of charge and displays non-intrusive banner advertisements through Google AdMob.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all subscription data you enter into the App. SubWipe is a tracking tool — it does not directly cancel, modify, or manage any of your subscriptions or financial accounts. Any action you take to cancel or modify subscriptions based on information from SubWipe is your own responsibility.
The cancellation guides provided within the App are informational and may not reflect the most current cancellation procedures for all services. Verify current procedures directly with the service provider.
SubWipe, including its design, code, content, graphics, and the name "SubWipe," is the intellectual property of Philip Aerbo Hendriksen. All rights reserved.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App or any of its components.
Third-party service names, logos, and trademarks referenced within the App (in the service database and cancellation guides) belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.
The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements will be displayed and that Google may collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.
SubWipe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all information (including subscription prices, billing dates, and cancellation procedures) will be accurate or current.
SubWipe is not a financial advisor, accountant, or subscription management service. It is a personal tracking tool. Do not rely solely on SubWipe for financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Philip Aerbo Hendriksen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including but not limited to missed cancellation deadlines, unexpected charges from subscription services, or data loss from device failure.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how data is (and is not) collected, stored, and processed.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You may stop using SubWipe at any time by uninstalling the App. All locally stored data is removed upon uninstallation.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through applicable legal channels.
